1. Aluminum decorative panels
The material of aluminum honeycomb core decorative panels is generally 3003, 5005 and other grades, and 1100 plates with low alloy content are rarely used. The decorative surface is sprayed or roller coated, and the coating is polyester or fluorocarbon paint, and the curtain wall panel is best selected as roller-coated board, and more than three coats are required, and the thickness of the paint layer is ≥ 32μm, so as to ensure the durability of the coating.
The aluminum plate needs to undergo strict surface anodizing treatment before painting to ensure sufficient coating adhesion and bonding strength with the honeycomb core, and the panel coating should meet the requirements of the national specification YS/T429.2-2000.
2. Aluminum back plate
The aluminum honeycomb core back panel should be made of the same material as the panel, the surface should be anodized, and the side exposed to the air should be coated with a protective coating, and the coating material can be polyester, epoxy, acrylic and other materials to prevent the corrosion of the aluminum plate caused by long-term exposure to the air.
3. Aluminum honeycomb core material
The aluminum honeycomb core material is processed and manufactured by aluminum foil and special honeycomb node glue on the aluminum honeycomb core production line. The factors affecting the performance of honeycomb core materials mainly include aluminum foil, node glue and honeycomb core specifications.
3.1 Aluminum foil
Aluminum foil should be 3003 grade, the processing process should be strict surface treatment, in the product with high strength or durability requirements, honeycomb core material made of 1100 pure aluminum foil should be used with caution.
3.2 Nodal glue
Epoxy modified high-temperature curing adhesive should be used for the node adhesive, which can not only provide sufficient bonding strength, but also have excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Generally, due to its low strength, the adhesive is often easy to degum the honeycomb core, resulting in overall damage and instability. The node strength of the honeycomb core is the main basis for evaluating its performance, and its node strength data should be ≥ 2.0N/mm.
3.3 Honeycomb core specifications
The specifications of aluminum honeycomb core are determined by the thickness of aluminum foil and the size of the honeycomb hole, and different specifications of aluminum honeycomb have different densities and different mechanical properties, and there are large differences in their cost.
The honeycomb core specification can be expressed in two ways: the diameter of the inscribed circle of the honeycomb cell (in imperial units) and the thickness of the aluminum foil / the edge length of the hole grid (metric units), and the national standard in China is expressed in terms of the thickness of the aluminum foil / the edge length of the hole.
